Your ideas for rowhouse living room layout

I’d be really curious to see front/living room layout and interior design examples for a DC rowhouse where walls have *NOT* been knocked down to make the main floor open concept. We also have a working fireplace that is at an angle, though honestly it’s used no more than once a year.

Do you love your row house living area? Have you come up with a cozy layout that facilitated both lounging and hosting?
