Is there a Central Office troll in the MCPS forum?

Don't worry about this if you don't have the time to check, but I'm curious if the jerk in the weather child care thread in the MCPS forum who claims not to be from MCPS Central Office but aggressively defends MCPS decisions (http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/60/1303955.page#31236885) is the same person as the one aggressively defending MCPS in the program analysis threads (like this one: https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/195/1302778.page#31231565) but claiming not to be from MCPS Central Office? The MCPS forum is getting harder to use and enjoy lately with posters like these.

Okay, whether they are from CO or not, they are now calling people c*nts and baiting them into yelling back and totally derailing the thread where parents are trying to come up with a plan.
