40 percent closure

0 percent chance they do nothing. They would never dream of risking it remember the morning a couple years before covid when they did not delay or close and the storm was way worse than expected and it was a s***show? The pendulum swung so far the other way after that and covid normalized why bother going to school ever anyway. We're never going back.
