| C Suite roles come from networks. They are not advertised. There are headhunters that focus on these role but again, they don't advertise. |

C-suite at what size company? Titles are meaningless without at least this context.
Also matters if it’s CEO or COO vs a more tactical/ discipline leadership role like CMO or CHRO or CIO. |
