Best DC Cooking Classes

I'm very late in planning a 40th bday celebration and thought a cooking class would be fun. Looking for something more interesting than pasta making as the group is made up of pretty good cooks. We will also have 2 kids (5 and 8) amongst us. We can do it at our house or elsewhere.
Does anyone have any suggestions? |
