I’ll go first!

This year for Christmas, I’m planning a big roast beef with lots of “steakhouse sides.” We’re having 8 adults and 2 kids.

Chef John’s Potatoes Romanoff
Julia Reed’s Spinach-Artichoke Casserole
I saw an “unstuffed mushroom casserole” in this forum in a Tgiving post I want to try
Salad with goat cheese and pomegranate; if my kids weren’t allergic, I’d add candied pecans

For dessert:
Chocolate Bundt cake with vanilla glaze
Christmas cookies

For appetizers, maybe panko-crusted Boursin, baked, with hot honey drizzle, with crackers and crudite
