Does anyone have insurance coverage for Donor IVF?

If you have coverage for Donor IVF cycles what company do you work with? Thanks

I've never heard of any insurance plan covering donor cycles. In fact the guidlines for all the plans that I've seen that have any IVF coverage make it a requirement that the couples be married and be using their own eggs and sperm.

On a donor egg board, I have seen someone post about having limited donor coverage. But, I do know it is extremely rare and likely a result of a state mandate.

PP here. Want to clarify about state mandate. I am not saying that the state mandate covers donor IVF cycles, but rather the person who had coverage for the donor cycles lived in a state that had mandated IVF coverage, which may have made it likely/easier for a company to cover a donor cycle.

Mine specifically excludes donor coverage (federal Aetna).
