My teen and tween put this on and it was such a weird vibe to have Nick and Kevin talking about and interacting with their real families while Joe was having this pretend romance and not mentioning his kids at all.
But it was kind of a fun holiday filler movie. |
| They have a movie? oh why oh why? |

I spent Thanksgiving alone (I get Christmas) and have been on a Disney plus kick for the past 3 days.
Maybe not so much of a kick maybe as just just wanting to live in different (Marvel) universes this week because this one makes me want to take a xanax. I just watch one movie and let it dump me into another similar one after the credits and see how that goes. There are absolutely some dumbass Christmas movies on that channel, but again they're usually meant for kids. I guess they would like the Groundhog day one where I sort of zoned out. Jonas Bros are not quite my generation but I did really like Noelle with Anna Kendrick. I think I avoided it for a while because I wrongly thought it was a Lifetime movie I'd seen last year about Santa's daughter during the time I was on that binge. It was not and it was super cute. |
| I am not familiar with this band or the members but i enjoyed this movie! Is Joe the tall one who found his childhood friend on the train? Who is his partner IRL? |
| I'm not in the Jonas Brothers demographic but I decided to watch this movie this afternoon. So far it's proving to be one of those so ridiculous it's good movies. I like what I'm watching so far. And loving the cameos. |
Yes, that was Joe. His partner WAS Sophie Turner from Game of Thrones. They have two children together. During their separation he tried to portray her as a bad mother to gain leverage in the custody battle. It was skeevy. I fully understand why his kids weren't mentioned though. |
