| Always better to purchase SF vs TH, across the board within Fairfax County. Higher % appreciation. Vienna is also desirable location and Oakton HS is sought after (#4 ranking in Va) and moving up in the rankings. |

the order of best areas to live and value, Mclean / Langey are the best and closely rated. Vienna is way at the bottom, its where you go when you can't afford langely/mclean zones
