Stevenson when you’re not a nursing major

Anonymous
I visited Stevenson yesterday and it’s such a pretty campus with diverse, friendly students and great dorms. Does anyone have experience with the school they could share? How is it there if you’re not in a preprofessional program like nursing or teaching?

Is this Stevenson in Baltimore? I have some limited experience with the school. À friend is a faculty member and a family member graduated from there. For me, outside of the nursing program, it would depend on what the other choices are and are we paying full price and having to take out loans.

My faculty member friend found that there were a decent number of kids not truly ready for college-level work. And my family member that graduated in ‘24 is still not employed.

I know one person who transferred from there to UMBC. Another who graduated and is now employed at a federal agency, which is a career that you can be obtained from any school in the area. Towson would be a cheaper investment unless smaller classes are needed.
