Basketball draft order

Running a rec basketball draft for the first time tomorrow. Just wondering how
Leagues typically handle the order in which coaches get to pick within each round. It doesn’t seem fair to have the same coach get first pick each round, for example. What is the typical strategy? Is it that coach 1 gets first pick the first round, coach 2 gets first pick the second round, and so on? |
