| I’m looking for recommendations for a dual voltage blow dry brush for use when I travel to EU countries. It also would be fine for it to just be for EU voltage, doesn’t need to work in the US, too, I just wasn’t sure if I can buy that sort of dryer in the US. Thanks for any suggestions. |
| I recommend just buying something next time you are in the EU. It will be much less expensive than purchasing a dual-voltage or 220V appliance in the US. |

I bought this from Amazon. It's not nearly as effective as my Revlon Volumizer, but it's better than nothing:

+1 Same. I’ve used it on 3 trips to Europe. It’s not nearly as good as my Revlon, but it’s better than nothing. It gets the job done. |
| Do you not want to purchase a converter set? Check with your hotels because they might include a room hair dryer. I was in 3 different French hotels this past summer and all had a hair dryer. |

I ordered the revlon brush from amazon.fr - there are sellers that will ship to the U.S.
It has a switchable plug for UK too. |
This. |
Not true at all. These gadgets are always more expensive in EU. But, if it's a priority - yes, just get it. |
In my experience the converter sets can end up tripping the breakers for things like hair dryers, especially in older buildings. |
+1. Good converters are $$ and large. The smaller cheaper ones can blow up your appliances (ask me how I know.) |
I didn’t realize that (1) we can order from amazon based in other countries from the US, and (2) revlon makes its blow dry brush with electrical to work in other countries. Thanks! |
+1 This is great to know! |
But then you have to use a random hotel hair dryer which is not the same thing as a blow dry brush. |
| I have an EU Dyson Air Wrap I bring for these trips. You can pick one up overseas. |
