This. With the stricter deadlines, some grades will fall. Also, putting phones away during class is a good first step but some students are still wasting time on them during lunch, and sneaking games and videos on their Chromebooks during class. |

| Several of our teachers require phones for websites that only take private email. Everything with sports/arts is coordinated through social media platforms via the kids, not teachers. Very few teachers do phones away. |
