Hi- Can anyone weigh in on how much one could expect for an SES salary in DC, for someone being promoted from a GS-15/10? Thanks!

New EO makes it so that 70% of SES receive no bonus. Statistically, you are unlikely to receive a bonus now. Salaries are higher than GS15, but 15s get performance bonuses and special act awards, so at this point SES pay is closer to GS15 pay.
