Pinched Nerve

Anonymous
I started weight lifting in the gym after a long absence. I think I may have pinched a nerve in the process, as my arm has been numb/tingling for the last 4 days. Anyone with experience with this? How long before it resolves on its own?

I did an earlier post on my pinched nerve in my neck. Six weeks so far. Pain has improved--one morning early on I was practically crying from the pain. But the pain is still there and getting tiring (it is on the side of the scapula.) Also have elbow pain that I can alleviate through positioning and get tingling along my arm.

I use this everyday for 30 or so minutes: https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Stretcher-Portable-Cordless-Shoulder/dp/B0FGPDVDGB?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.Pwd3XOPu46kBUJTeLkcRXloithTPdlCBHM3FKxrW-8omQXwwMjFCqWtfU9tp0KsOAe0MTKbN6zK_bTjuIj6FTDJfT-1savzYM4dZbQFL5EuvoMz3POHO9sQpaXpoL5jxb5IHz3GYEYEeyNXJtsjVjsQfEVGarDDW9fAGcJUqzFZ7sXRt-e61NHOKFqr9Jkka5nLwwsZrkw3443hzgXe62w4ZUrDj_XmTTsNQ5D7tMVztEMahlmhUES7kylycMVc27onrh9xd4yqvJ29e41y3Oi_0nCAkCCOHsanS7p0rwRU.YvVUR1PxCEYksL3g3nkqmaEoZEjsTrud-PAkTi8UCdQ&dib_tag=se&keywords=cervical+traction+device&qid=1762990317&sr=8-24

And the rest of the time at home I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Massaging-Shoulders-Electric-Settings-Shut-Off/dp/B0DLH2LPYS?crid=2WEXA8F1APYS5&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.8E7HTWRe1QoZiHT7vY6fcxQQ66hmd3nzWrqVrH6S3td85rcy_Bw88a_X2b7_MDC1bCamcAKyPQuiziHLamxurQe1lqOVufJZ4uUBAxFleF2TVWqoJh92-Is5Z0Sy4kDGMEvehskZt-L6_CvgORff_FAGQGCwge-Dne8ylUXY4quEu-lD6QTVWtDhrAAlGgk-xOaYrudUHJTYc7NznoB3aPjUU3yYCJFKHiGvzNSaeVI7MTWbiT-Drv17BOUwzzBbEcuhgKAUznJ5j44FR2tg2lntefA7UrPdcuHQbP0OLPw.QC9J3-TYZgEqq4FiULwCcNtzFUaG88ghv36NYPzlw7c&dib_tag=se&keywords=massaging%2Bheating%2Bpad%2Bfor%2Bneck&qid=1762990422&sprefix=massaging%2Bheating%2B%2Caps%2C128&sr=8-9&th=1

They have helped keep my somewhat sane.

Good luck!
