I want input on if I’m eating reasonably well.

Breakfast:

2 eggs + 1 egg white omelette cooked in olive oil with 1 large tomato and a handful of spinach and a sprinkle of Humboldt fog cheese. I had this with a cup of coffee.

How tall are you, what is your weight?
Age?
Cholesterol concerns?
How much oil? How big is a sprinkle?
Are your bowel movements easy and regular?

That's all you eat in a day?!

The tomato, spinach, and coffee are good. The egg, cheese, are empty calories. Might be ok once in a while as a treat.

Add blueberries.

Yes. That is "reasonably well." You could use some more fiber; add raspberries for that.

The egg is protein, op isn’t vegan.

And the veggies better be unsalted and the coffee black!

Geez.

Op here. For lunch I had a smoothie:

2 cups spinach; half a cup blueberries, a handful of raspberries. Protein powder with 24 G protein; low fat kefir a few spoons of yogurt.

For dinner:

Pan sheet chicken breasts with Brussel sprouts, carrots and potatoes.

Skip the protein powder, and add real food.
