What does this mean - you go and find 2 people to drive so you can use HOV mode? I don't understand what you want to do. I remember there being a one-time fee if you didn't use HOV mode for a certain length of time, not a recurring fee. User agreement doesn't mention either of those. I guess you could call and ask. |

I only use it for trips if I have enough kids with me and only sometimes because it only saves like one minute on 66 at the times I go. I've been taking a lot of trips the past few years but don't have as many planned going forward. |

| When I got mine it said if you don't use the HOV mode they'll make you swap it in for a regular ezpass. I'm not exactly sure how they would enforce this. |
