It's really tough to beat whatever pasta I have laying around and Velveeta. Yes, I know Velveeta is highly processed. That's why it tastes good.

Beecher's gives the recipe on its website, so you can always just make your own if your labor is cheap.

But "what it is" is excellent cheese and plenty of it, plus some noodles

My family loves the Mac and cheese sold in Costco’s deli section. Is this better?

Wegmans has it as well, along with the flagship cheese. One of the few products they carry that isn’t from central NY.
