Tops for wide leg pants

I have a few wide leg pants now, with the appropriate ankle boots. How do you dress the top with blouses, blazers, etc?

I think fitted top looks best for wide leg bottom

fitted tops tucked in. Or a semi-fitted short top that hits exactly at the waist. Or a blousy thin blouse tucked in. The key with wide leg pant is you need to emphasize small waist and/or small top.

No! I think a good wide leg pant balances a curvy top beautifully! Try a well-fitted crewneck sweater, a fitted T-shirt and blazer, or a high v-necked top with a cute belt.
