Has anyone moved funds out of Prepaid to Investment? Is there any reason to keep it in Prepaid?

My kid very likely won't go to an in-state college.

I recently did but my kid is on a free tuition ride at VT so I need the money for room and board and the once-a-year transfer limitation was annoying. So I moved it all into INVEST. But it's an age-indexed fund so isn't likely to suffer in a market collapse.
