Dani's Duds sale.. tips/reviews?

| I'm thinking of checking out this big consignment sale at Dulles Expo Center this weekend since I'm now expecting #2 and need to stock up on gear. Has anyone else been? Could you share any tips/reviews of what it's like? I've never been, but heard about it being huge, so I'm curious to get more details... |

| To who it concern, We saw a sign along the road and thought we would check it out. We did research on line and found the web site, VERY misleading and turned out to be a real dud. We were looking for a baby crib and when we got there after paying a $20.00 for the two of us to get in, they had 1 crib, way over priced and not in good shape. I was very disappointed that they charged a$10.00 per person fee to get in. I would not recommend this sale to anyone. |

A friend of mine lives in FFX and used to be a consignor for Dani's Duds. (I'm in MoCo and do TotSwap.) She thought that Dani's consignment split was unfair, esp. when I told her I got a higher percentage from TotSwap. TotSwap also does not charge an admission fee, but Dani's Duds does, which I think prevents people from going.
She does Classy Kids Consignment now (in both Price William and FFX Counties) and likes that more. |
