Rookie MLSNext Fest Question

As a recent addition to MLSNext HD, could someone kindly provide a quick summary of the upcoming MLSNext Fest in Arizona in December? I believe this is different than the MLSNext Cup, which is cancelled next year due to the World Cup being played in the US. I think that’s right? Are there generally these two tournaments each year? One is a showcase and the other a head-to-head competition to determine the top team in each Division?

Cup isn't canceled, just moved up to late May

Why? Only ECNL likes to put on fabulous events. If the conditions are not ideal, they're okay with playing ball.
