Spare ribs!
Bolognese spare ribs ..I never use tomatoes or tomato paste in bolognese. Serve over fettuccine or rigatoni Korean - bulgogi is you don’t like spicy, gochuong sauce if you do. Serve over rice French - red wine etc with crusty bread English -stout beer, carrots etc over mashed potatoes |

Slow Beans and berries:
5 cups water 1 cup Dried white beans 3/4 cup Wheat berries 4 Red potatoes halved 1 onion sliced into rings 2 tsp minced garlic 3 tsp Turmeric 4 tsp Cumin Freshly ground black pepper, to taste Combine and cook 8-10 hrs on high heat. |

Not PP but white bolognese is a thing. |
I think the no tomatoes in bolognese is the more authentic way it’s made in Italy. The milk is an important ingredient. The end color is a light orange not red. |
