| If a college student is registered at home to vote but missed the opportunity to early vote (in VA), can they do so on their college campus in state today? |

| I don’t think so. If they weren’t already registered, they could do same day and cast a provisional ballot. But unless they have a mail ballot, I don’t think they can vote elsewhere. |

| Student can try taking their voting id requirements whatever that maybe in VA to their voting site on their college campus and ask the folks there. |
