I would never have an important meal like Thanksgiving catered out of house. For these events we hire a personal chef so everything is fresh. He usually starts working on Wednesday with prep and roasts the turkey/bakes the pies/casseroles/rolls on Thursday. Traditionally we have a light appetiser hour or two, then dinner is served around 7:30pm.

Ridgewells. They do a full menu for pick up but I
am sure you can get the full catering service with servers, etc.
