Turks & Caicos question . . . has anyone stayed on South Caicos?

We've BTDT with Providenciales and are looking of something a lot less crowded.

I lived there for a semester of college! But that was 35 years ago and I have not been back. There was one hotel and the shell of another that I think eventually got built.
I doubt there are many dining options but if you do go, check out one of the chicken shacks. Not much to do except snorkel and dive.

Love SailRock! Flight is like a minivan in the sky. Went in 2022, I see that Hilton and Marriott now have a hotel relationships on SC and I would like to return and burn some points.

I would def plan a night or two on the front and end due to issues with flights from the prop plane to your international flight.

American now flies there from Miami several times a week. Not sure if it is seasonally or year-round.
