UHC Coverage for Sibley after November

My OB group delivers at Sibley and I had planned to deliver there in December but have United Healthcare. I had Sibley submit the continuity of care paperwork in October but when I called UHC to check on the status, they said that all maternity care is in network until the end of November (presumably 90 days after the contract ended) and that I have to wait until after that date to submit my paperwork. Apparently it just goes into a void until then. I don't love the idea of waiting until I'm 36 weeks pregnant to try and figure out where I'll deliver. I've see some posts online of people saying they've gotten approvals into January and am wondering what others have heard/experienced.
