Government shutdown and renewal extensions

| They said that there would be no laps and coverage and that the renewal date would be extended further out for my insurance progressive but then I made another call and I asked to speak to a manager just to be clear about it because I got no email to confirm the extension and I asked if I would be covered between the original date of the coverage expiry to the new renewal date since they said no laps in coverage and they said no. I wasn't told about this when they suggested the extension. So just giving a heads up if anyone here how's the requested an extension. |

Yes for car insurance. And yes, they are offering to defer payment with no lapse in coverage for government employees |
