Sorry I can't recommend a lawyer, but I want to point out that the reputational hit, depending on how the organization acts on information received, whether anyone talks to a reporter and how much media attention this gets, could be a career-killer, even if no charges are filed, or you are found not guilty.

So you need a lawyer, but you also need some sort of PR person who can guide you through this, if the lawyer cannot.

Start looking immediately through your social media to see whether you once made an off-color joke or made disparaging remarks about anyone involved. Scrub.
