Princeton Application

DC submitted via common app already
The graded paper was too large to submit via the common app. She selected the option to submit via the portal but has not received the portal as yet to submit the graded paper.

Can anyone verify how long it to the portal? We emailed the essay earlier today but not sure what else we can do.

Any thoughts… or reassurance?

Can you compress the file? Also, Princeton probably doesn’t need the entire paper— have your student doublecheck that detail—you might be able to submit half of it. Good luck!

The portal link came the next day for us, and there is a link there where they mention uploading the graded paper.

My kid is doing an arts supplement and they give you till Nov. 6 to do that so I think it would be fine to submit the paper tomorrow or whenever you get portal access. It's not a core piece of the application and let's get real, they are not reviewing the applications tomorrow.

Thank you both. At least common app was submitted but we still don’t have access to the portal.

For someone not applying to Arts, is it worth uploading an arts portfolio? My DS likes to sketch (he's applying to a STEM major) - should he upload an art portfolio?
