Several months ago a fare machine wasn't working property and took the money I put in without giving me a fare card. I got a claim receipt from the station manager who told me I would get something within 72 hours. After a couple weeks of waiting, I called customer service and the representative said they were processing claims from a couple months prior and to call back in a couple of weeks. Fast forward to now and I still haven't received my refund but they mailed a brochure about commuter options so I know they got the paperwork. Has anyone experienced something like this before?
