If a dog handler didn't pick up dog's poop

And you saw it and you know where they live or the home whose dogs they handle: do you

scoop it in a bag and throw it in their yard? Or

call them out on next door or a neighborhood listserv?

Leave it where it is?

Scoop it but don't walk it over to toss it on their lawn?

Talk to them when they come around again (they usually go similar route)?

Have a neighbor talk to the entitled assH?

Are you within shouting distance and do you have poop bags?

If so - just call out "oh - do you need a poop
bag? I've got one you can use!"

If they are genuinely out of bags - saves a lot of embarrassment, and if they aren't, it lets them know you know.

Might be a touch passive aggressive, but the other options are agressive agressive. And could be missed.

I’d do the above if u saw it and it was someone’s yard.
If it’s not in a yard or right where people walk I would leave it. Dung beetles will get it.
