Need a Pediatric Psychologist reccommendation

Looking for a psychologist that is familiar with Epilepsy and generalized anxiety disorders in Montgomery County. Thank you in advance.

Do you mean psychiatrist - someone to prescribe medicine? Psychologists are not medical doctors and do not prescribe medicine.

We haven’t tried them, but Children’s may have more expertise in the combination you need. Many of their behavioral health clinic appointments are at Takoma Theater.

We go to Children’s at Takoma Theater and they are excellent

I would also start with the related department at Children’s national medical. My daughter has Type 1 diabetes and has seen a lovely therapist in the endocrine department there for years who supports this disease and mental health.
