Moron adults/parents participating in "prank culture?"

If you are ever thinking of joining your kids in a "prank" (other than some benign April Fool's thing), you should be forced to take a parenting class. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

This is criminal behavior and I hope the family who was terrorized have some legal rights.

They decided to not charge, since the pranksters were relatives. Including an unbelievably stupid and irresponsible adult. I don't think the homeowner had any idea.
