Sometimes clubs eventually send an email to everyone saying thanks for coming, all rosters are full. This can come days after the tryout window is over. Sometimes you won’t hear at all.

Platform 14 U has three teams and they still have a waitlist? They must give everyone that shows up the waitlist? I did not even see that many girls at the tryouts?

I think even though this site is anonymous, some people (like me) are skittish about posting results. I'll share our results but not comfy naming teams yet. My 16 yr old (trying out for U17 & U17/18 teams) got 2 offers on spot and waitlisted on one. Her #1 team was one of the offers so she's going with that.

She has an extended group of about 9 volleyball friends, and though they didn't all tryout for exact same clubs, they range a little in ability but still 5 got at least 1 offer; 2 of those 5 (very good players) got 2 offers (they only tried out at 2 clubs each); and I think 3 of other 4 got waitlisted, and last of 4 didn't get any offers or waitlist spots (seems understandable, not a strong player).

Don't feel like you have to list your tryout results. This thread is pretty useless to mostly everyone. The OP probably thought that people are going to start pouring results on it, but most realize that this kind of information doesn't really help anybody. If my DD is expecting an offer from her preferred club, what are the chances to hear that her position is gone on this thread?
