Will government reopen later this month (before APEC trip in South Korea)?

If not this month, then it will be November. But they will need to send a new furlough notice (for 30 days), correct?

What if some people do not have government laptop at home? Will they send new furlough notice to personal email address?

I have almost 4 full weeks of use-or-lose hours left (too many people(more than 1/3 of staff) took DRP, too many things going on, too busy to take leave this year), if no leave restoration, I will be almost done for this year, cannot get involved too much with my job after government reopens. It’s short-staffed everywhere — it’s a mess.
