Not a memoir but atomic habits.

The ones that inspired lasting changes have been the practical ones: Outlive by Peter Attia and Longevity by David Sinclair. Those have kept me focused on strength training, diet and sleep for maintaining good health.

I also read the Happiness Project and Die with Zero and those keep me focused on planning my life rather than letting life happen on autopilot.
