New restaurants in the Michelin guide

Michelin added 8 new DC restaurants to their guide this year: Elmina, Fish Shop, Karravaan, La'Shukran, PhoXotic, Providencia, Raw Omakase, and Your Only Friend. (No word on which will receive stars or bib gourmand until November.)

Anyone have any thoughts? I'll go first. La'Shukran has been my favorite meal perhaps this entire year. (I'm a huge fan of Albi, so this is no surprise.) Providencia was also great but it's definitely more of a bar + snacks, so I imagine that'll be a bib gourmand. Karravaan has been on my list to try for awhile.

Michelin does a great job. It is so much more reliable vs any other rating “service”.
