| Any former feds out there who accepted another job during a shutdown? Did you still get your back pay? How did you submit your resignation if your supervisor is also on furlough?! |

I have a friend who did this in the last 35 day shutdown. She just started her new job and when the government came back- she did not sign the paperwork and told her boss she has decided to resign. She dropped off her PIV and laptop at the security desk.
