We have one kid in private K full day and one baby at home with our full time nanny. We both work full time. I’m requesting insight into how to best transition from the nanny to private.
In the past we went cold turkey to full day preschool and it was a rough transition with a lot of crying at drop off and pickup. Is there a better approach that folks have used to slowly transition to full day school? |
