Very poor communication and generally insulting pitch to parents concerned about their babies and teachers that great change in culture and quality will be ushered in ... as the new CEO installed six months ago, but that we're just now hearing from during a crisis response, brags about what he achieved while leading KinderCare.

No reasonable parent with knowledge wants Bambini to be like KinderCare.

Now they've also gone and hired a white woman who doesn't speak Spanish at all, but who was also at KinderCare, to lead the schools. That tells me any word about re-building trust and being more effective at communication is bullshit. How are you going to do that when the new boss literally can't speak the language and will need an interpreter.
