We're looking to sell, but right now the housing Market appears to be starved of new buyers. It appears that this is more of a reflection on the financial system and interest rates than the value of the house.
We're actually pretty flexible with where we want to move, I am wondering if there is any way to go about "trading" houses to move into a different area. Is that even a thing, we want to move out of the DC burbs area. |

| Find a property manager to rent this one out and rent another at your new location. Once market bounces back (always does) then sell and buy. |
