Anyone care to explain how and why TSJ has been demonized left and right but yet they’re leading their standings in the oldest age groups? We are VRSC and plan to leave

You sound like you're from TSJ and trying to stir up trouble.

Also, didn't you pose this same statement, reformulated here, in the TSJFC Thread?
I'm sure you did, but hey, everyone would like answers. In a nutshell, the older TSJFC teams are among the best developed teams the TSJFC produced from a few yers ago, and beyond, before a coaching and talent exodus happened the last 2 years. Families were upset with the coaching staff departure and the logistical knee jerking in both the south and north locations. However, like with all things, there are some good exceptions, perhaps you found one for your son at his age group. I know the grass is not always greener when looking at the whole club, one some teams, the coaching is very lacking, not creative and does not seem to develop players. The General advice, is to find the best coach for your kid and get on their team, and usually the best coach for your kid has little to do with what club they work for.

-Good luck!

Its MLS Next... second team... the leftovers.

TSJ gets a bad rep because of the girls program which wasn't a creation of TSJ, they just simply bought FCV years ago. I may be a little biased because my son is there, but having been around about 5 different clubs through my kid's playing careers, this has been the best experience by far. 3 field practices (full half), 1 performance session at the facility for SAQ and explosiveness work. A good mix of technical and tactical work both opposed and unopposed. If you're not too concerned about the badge, give it a go.

TSJ encouraging their MLS Next 2 kids to play futsal?

And if you see that as a problem or issue it only screams your ignorance while enabling TSJ to produce more technically sound players instead of whatever garbage your club produces through its subsequent winter money grabs.

Are you with Loudoun and scrambling for a spot? Are you Revolution planning to use that moldy bubble at VA Academy church?

It was an honest inquiry. My DS hoping to play with/against some quality players. He's played futsal for years.

Their futsal program is very weak. They also play in rec level league.

you mean how they had almost zero shots on goal and the other team had 2 own goals? TSJ not good.

Why are you following wins? Especially at the older age groups. Stop jumping ship cuz your team isn't winning. At that level, the winners go back and forth anyways.

Aren't the TSJ boys teams based in Springfield now that they are in MSLN2??

TSJ based out of Leesburg and Ashburn playing in Hanson. Revolution seeing the writing on the wall and expect TSJ to take VRSC’s clientele in the next 18 months. Gonna be funny.

Rev is not loyal to the players that help them get where they are... instead they recruited from outside and the result is a bunch of individuals that look up for themselves.. add the horrible coaching and you can see the results... ohhhh and coaches play their faves only..
