Hi! I want a retail job for the holiday seasons. Any advice of the job app?
I've primarily worked in education, trying to frame the cover letter that it's given me great communication and organization skills. I've also taught exercise but when I applied at exercise clothing stores, I never heard back. I worked a cash register when I was in college but that was 20years ago so I didn't include it bc I know the systems are very different now... The plus is that I have open schedule and can work all holiday time. All advice appreciated, TIA! |

| I second the ‘go in person’. I’ve seen multiple stores that have had tables set up to interview people at certain times - you just walk in. You may walk out with a job on the spot. |
