EPP Pay period 19

This is the first time I pay attention to partial paycheck.

No state(Virginia) tax withhold for this partial paycheck
No pay for 4 hours of orderly shutdown on Oct 1, only pay for 56 hours. (Furlough 24 hours)

I didn’t get pay for orderly shut down either. Does that come in back pay?

Yes, because it was done after the shut down on Oct. 1.

It is a little odd, though—for the 2013 and 2018-19 shutdowns, I was paid for the 4 hours of orderly shutdown tasks.

Are you sure? You shouldn't have been paid fir those hours until reopening.

Usually my net paycheck is 3528. I got 2300. Seems like they take all withholding. Will I get my “net” money back when they reopen?
