Will I know it when my baby drops? Will I definitely feel different, or is it possible for the baby to drop without knowing it?

Me either. Always carried low though.

My first one I knew because it just felt so low. I joked I had a third leg. This time around the doctor told me my baby is really low, but it doesn't feel like last time.
You might get less indigestion when your baby drops, but have to pee more. Both happened to me both times.

Baby can definitely drop without you noticing anything. With my first, I couldn't tell. I'm about a week away from delivering (I hope) and everything feels the same to me as always...
