BWI wheelchair to hourly parking?

I’m traveling this week with someone in a wheelchair. Will they take her as far as hourly parking? Or altetnatively will they wait with her while I bring the car around to pick her up? I can’t park in handicapped spots because I won’t have her with me when I fly out (am flying out to get her and bringing her back).
