There are a few skills I'd like to brush up on/ improve. Like Excel... I'm comfortable with all its basic functions, but I know I'm using about half of its capacity. I'd like to become a power user. When I was new to the working world, there were one-day in-person seminars for this kind of thing.
I hate those videos where some droning person talks behind a screen and always starts with the most basic stuff. "You can highlight the cells and see the total!" When you, as a midcareer professional, need to skill up, how do you go about it? I can spend company money on pretty much any professional development. |

It’s hard to get though all the nonsense on YouTube trying to sell you or get you to subscribe. “Learn how to..” where they spend 30 minutes on promo. Ask an LLM to teach you. |
