Great jobs article for other BIPOC women in the workplace

This just really resonated so much with me, and my own work situations in my career,

- and especially this quote, “This sense of tug of war of trying to carve out your own space in white settings is entirely too burdensome." Exactyl!

I think you are probably trolling but as a white person who has worked in almost all-white offices and majority minority offices - I can fully understand why a black person would prefer the latter.

Silly stuff. I applied a job TIAA-Cref that was like 100 percent women and I also worked at Northwestern Mutual which is nearly all women. Those are two major companies that are the most women and I am a man. I also work at a nearly all Orthodox Jewish company and not Jewish what is big deal.

So I had no one to talk about football with at one place and could not eat Bacon CHeeseburgers the otehr place bit deal

The racism of this article is astounding to me.

Uhh most people feel this stuff at work because work is a horrible environment where everyone pretends to be pals but are directly competing with one another

NP. It was probably your use of “BIPOC” that signaled you as a troll

No one cares to keep up with dumb virtue-signaling trends on race capitalization, esp actual black people
