Capstone or Joga Bonito???

Anyone have experience with Capstone (Loudoun location) or Joga Bonito (they advertised they will be doing indoor at Dulles Sportsplex)?? Looking for non-futsal indoor training for my U11 DS. We are not doing the clubs supplemental (aka extra cost) futsal at this time for various reasons that I won't go into. So, looking for good or bad experiences with either of these groups or any other in Western Fairfax/Loudoun for Nov-Feb. Thanks.

OP here, and we had great results with F4C soccer over the last year but unfortunately this winter the days and times conflict with winter team so we have to find a plan B. What private training group do you use that isn't a money grab?

Capstone incorporates fitness and ball mastery for most sessions...the cost is a bit high. But maybe that is what suits your player over futsal.

DC developed the most with HP. Highly recommended!
